Establishing Routine Querying Capability with a Network of EHR Databases (PCORnet®): Data Discovery (Sentinel)

Project Summary: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is interested in using Real World Evidence from electronic health records (EHRs). The purpose of this work order is to establish routine Sentinel querying capability within a network of EHR databases, specifically the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCORnet®) Network. Aim 1 of this work order is a Data Discovery activity to explore the availability and quality of data within the PCORnet® network on topics of specific interest to FDA.
